The Party Programme
Our comprehensive action plan is designed to dismantle socio-economic inequalities and establish public welfare sovereignty across India.
State & Governance
Decentralising state authority to increase direct control by local committees and public watchdogs.
Our governance policy focuses on democratising state institutions, minimizing bureaucratic overreach, and implementing strict public audits. We advocate for direct public control over local administrative bodies, ensuring that policies are created and overseen by the communities they impact.
Key Commitments:
- Decentralisation of decision-making to the local panchayat and committee level.
- Strict laws to verify public accountability of elected officials.
- Reform of municipal and electoral structures to ensure direct representation.
Education
Guaranteed free, equal, and scientific education in mother tongue/regional languages for all.
Education is a public good, not a commodity. We propose a uniform public education system funded entirely by the state. Curriculums will be rationalized, modern, scientific, and taught primarily in regional languages to eliminate elitism.
Key Commitments:
- Allocation of 6% of GDP strictly to the public education sector.
- Banning the commercialization and privatization of school education.
- Establishment of high-quality vocational and technical training institutions in every district.
Healthcare
Free district-level super-specialty healthcare and subsidised life-saving medicines.
Public health must be fully socialised. Our healthcare program ensures that no citizen goes bankrupt due to illness. We stand for setting up comprehensive, state-of-the-art hospitals in every district and sub-district, fully staffed and equipped to handle all medical needs.
Key Commitments:
- Universal health coverage with free treatment, diagnostics, and medicines.
- Establishment of standard community wellness centers in every block.
- Strict state regulation of pharmaceutical pricing to keep life-saving drugs affordable.
Employment & Workers
Ensuring living wages, secure contracts, and treating the Right to Work as a constitutional mandate.
Every citizen has the right to contribute productively to society. We plan to guarantee employment by law, regularise contract labor, and institute strict safety regulations in all manufacturing and industrial centers.
Key Commitments:
- Constitutional guarantee of the Right to Work with unemployment benefits.
- Complete abolition of casualized contract labor in permanent positions.
- Strict enforcement of the national minimum wage index adjusted for inflation.
Agriculture & Farmers
Guaranteed minimum support prices (MSP) based on Swaminathan C2+50% formula.
Agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy. We seek to protect farmers from market volatility by introducing comprehensive price guarantees, extending zero-interest institutional loans, and reforming state cooperative societies.
Key Commitments:
- Legally guaranteed Minimum Support Price (MSP) for all primary crops.
- Comprehensive crop insurance fully subsidised by the central and state governments.
- Democratic restructuring of cooperative societies to prevent elite capture.
Land & Natural Resources
Sovereignty of local communities over land, forests, and mineral deposits.
The nation's wealth belongs to its people. We campaign against the corporate acquisition of mineral-rich lands and forests. Local tribal and agricultural communities must have cooperative ownership and veto power over developmental projects.
Key Commitments:
- Strict implementation of Land Reform Acts to distribute surplus land to landless workers.
- Community forest rights and protection of indigenous tribal lands from corporate mining.
- Nationalisation of major mineral resources to fund public infrastructure.
Environment & Climate
Combating corporate pollution and planning long-term flood and drought resilience.
Ecological balance is crucial for human survival. We focus on mitigating seasonal climate hazards like floods and droughts through community-led watershed management and implementing strict penal codes for industrial polluters.
Key Commitments:
- Integrated river basin planning to resolve regional flood-drought imbalances.
- Strict environmental audits for all existing and new heavy industries.
- Transitioning to community-managed renewable energy cooperatives.
